Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days upon payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly extended during public holidays.

Delivery Time Worldwide delivery (including the UK, Europe, and the US): 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs Free worldwide shipping — no minimum order required.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel in real time via the relevant courier's platform.

Delivery Delays Miroden is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Miroden is not responsible for any loss or return of parcels due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
